WHY BEESWAX CANDLES?
In the U.S. we use more than 1 Billion pounds of wax for candles a year. While burning candles seems to be an American past time, there are additional benefits in burning beeswax candles opposed to paraffin or other types of wax candles. Burning beeswax candle produces negative ions which helps neutralize pollutants in the air, eliminate odors, dust particles, and mold in the air we breathe.
The benefit of negative ion therapy is that positive ions in the air make us feel bad, while negative ions make us feel good. But, the main benefit of burning beeswax candles is that unlike paraffin candles, which are made with a petroleum-based wax, beeswax candles burns completely clean and are non-toxic.
