We Sell Bees!!!

Our nucs have about 3 pounds of bees already established in a 5-frame colony with a Pacific Northwest  Carniolan Queen (a hardy, gentle breed).  This small colony consists of brood in all stages of development, with pollen and honey giving it everything it needs to grow. Most importantly, our nucs are raised in the Great Northwest.
Our NUCs will be in the newly designed Pro NUC reusable plastic NUC boxes, which are available in limited quantities. These boxes are normally $19.95, but when returned clean and with all the pieces, you will receive a $10 store credit for each box. These boxes can be used for many different purposes and are a great value for those who wish to keep them.

Carniolan honeybees are well known for their ability to winter well in colder climates while building quickly in the spring. This queen undoubtedly produces some of the gentlest and hardest-working bees around. While other bees remain in the hive during milder conditions, her bees continue to forage, bringing in a larger pollen and nectar flow vital to the hive’s survival.
We have a limited number of Hawaiian Carniolan and locally bred queens. Our Hawaiian Queens are bred in Hawaii and taken from Latshaw Apiaries, and our locally bred queens are bred in the Pacific Northwest. The Carniolans are excellent honey producers in areas with early honey flow and build up very quickly. So if you plan on splitting, requeening, or just getting ready for the spring, these Queens are right for your hive.
